Payment, Order Placement, Cancellation Of Orders
Customers can not cancel orders due to printing and shipping delays caused by reasons that are beyond our control.
You have to fill hard copy and soft copy of the form that includes details and specification regarding your order. After you fill these requirements, your order will get confirmed. Note that you cannot request any change in the specifications once we send the boxes into the press.
Although, these are the cancellation policies in which you can cancel your order and get your money back with respective deductions. These are the deduction patterns.
- Cancellation of orders after 4 hours will result in a 20% deduction of the total amount.
- Cancellation of orders after 24 hours will result in a 50% deduction of the total amount.
The deductions are to get back the resources that can get wasted due to the cancellation of orders.
We advise you to read and understand the payment methods and order placement requirements carefully. Note that all the prices are in US Dollars (USD).
When you order custom boxes from our website, you have to send the total payment by an authorized and secure payment method. When we get the fees, we will start working on your order right away.
Return and Refunds
If you find any damage, faults or any problem in your order, or if anything is not according to the specifications, you must inform us within two business days. If there is a fault in printing, we will reprint the orders. But the company will not refund the payment. Make sure that you inform us within the mentioned timeframe.
Our professional printing experts check the order several times for confirmation. If you want to reprint the order in case of damage or fault, you must send us images of damaged products within seven business days at your expanse.
We always deliver our products in the promised timeframe. But, if you need your orders urgent, extra charges will apply. These charges are refundable.
Colour Accuracy and Proofs
We try our best to keep the colours and shades identical to the digital design. But due to the limitations of the system, we are not responsible for the colour changes. There can be colour distortion in ink printing and digital printing. Plus, Packcosmo.com will not reprint the orders if any of these changes occur.
When you place the order, you will get a digital form. You have to approve this form after placing an order. This sheet includes the final appearance of artwork, details, services and specifications that you need from the company.
We advise customers that consider the turnaround time carefully. It is available on the website. Moreover, double-check every detail and specification to ensure error-free placement of order. Review all details carefully.
Note that laminations and coatings may alter the colouration and hues shades slightly. The appearance of shades and colour on digital print and actual printing may vary. Packcosmo.com is not responsible for the final colour shades of laminated boxes.
Customers can get colour accuracy by hard proof if they demand. There will be extra charges for that.
Customers should remember that digital print shows accurate typography, image placement, line spaces, design combinations. But, it will not show the exact colour and density of the design.
No Liability For These Errors
When ordering custom boxes, customers should keep in mind that the faults or errors that fall under these categories are not under the responsibilities of Packcosmo.com.
- Cropping marks, Crack in folds or die lines
- Mistakes in graphic placements
- Overprinting
- The difference in the size of the box
- Inaccuracies in fonts, grammar or spelling of texts
Content Provided By Customer
Customers are solely responsible for the material or content (images, texts, slogans, colour specification) that they provide. They are responsible for what they are getting print on their customized boxes.
If Packcosmo.com find anything unlawful, unethical, offensive to any third parties or communities, we have the right to cancel the order immediately.
We advise our customers to design their specifications for custom boxes in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300PI. Otherwise, the images or design can get blurred, distorted, or up to your expectations. We are not responsible for such alterations.
You agree that we hold the right to disclose content or preserve the content in case of judicial proceedings or any other law-related activities. These are some of the situations in which we may or may not disclose the data.

Over-Runs And Under-Runs
We are a team of professionals with a strong work ethic and discipline.
We ensure the shipment of the exact quantity of custom boxes at your doorstep. But there is always a chance of underruns or overruns due to any mishap.
Therefore we advise you to order 5% to 10% more boxes than your brand requires to avoid the shortage.
Manufacturing, Shipping And Delivery Of Orders
We care for our customers. Therefore we offer free shipment and free delivery as well. According to the final agreement, the customer has to pay for just the product.
But if any customer needs urgent delivery of orders, they have to pay extra charges according to the nature and quantity of the product.
Packcosmo.com ensure safe and quick delivery of custom boxes so, we deliver them in a pre-assembled manner. When you get your order, you have to assemble it yourself.
International or overseas customers have to pay customs duty or any other fee themselves related to the shipment of the product.
When you place your order, we will tell you the estimated shipment and delivery time accordingly.
The delay in shipment due to reasons that are beyond our control are not under our responsibility. These reasons can be,
